Her strength and conditioning classes are expertly designed, with challenging workouts that are varied enough to keep it interesting. My favorite class of hers, indoor cycle, ALWAYS hits. The workouts are superior, her playlists never miss, and she stays on the music. Her masterful use of rest periods are not to be underestimated–she knows how to help you get strong on the bike. Erna’s cycle classes are the best I have ever taken. Overall, what I appreciate most about Erna as an instructor is that she makes fitness accessible and challenging.
